Salehoo sucks Exposed. Me And The Mission

(I was going to use my real name when I started putting this site
together, but as I researched more into this scam site and the person behind it, I made the decision to go
anonymous as I have seen what this person will do to a legitimate business just to sell his own product. I feel sad
for him that he has to stoop so low to get sales.)
I'm going to call
myself Magnum and I have been involved with the Internet since the middle of the
nineties. I am an affiliate marketer, which means that I promote other businesses products. Almost every
business on the Internet will have an affiliate scheme in some form or other. Ebay have an affiliate scheme
called eBay partner network.
If you buy a product
through an affiliates page you do not pay any extra than if you was to purchase direct, we get paid a percentage of
the sale price from the vendor of the product, by operating this way the vender does not have to spend lots of
money up front on advertising costs and only pays the affiliate for a successful sale.
"Always make sure the vendor has at least a four weeks money back guarantee and
a secure payment processor"
After years of the
person behind salehoosucks.com making lot's of money off the back of a legitimate business called SaleHoo, and in
my opinion conning people to their site. I decided to put this site together, do a little detective work, and try
to explain, why salehoosucks.com Sucks! And is a Scam.
The full story of the so
called SaleHoo Scam can be read by going to the SaleHoo Open Letter on the left menu, I think you will find this
interesting!
The Salehoosucks
Site

I decided to take a look at Salehoosucks.com and found that the site
has no other legitimate reason to be there other than to sell their own products.
The site targets people looking for more information on SaleHoo, a
legitimate wholesale and dropship sourcing directory. They play on the fear that you will be ripped off, thus,
getting people to click into their site.
The main goal of this shoddy site is to have you take the eBay
sellers quiz, which is a coincidence, people that are looking for information about SaleHoo are generally looking
at selling on eBay?
If you click the quiz banner at the bottom of the page you will
be taken to a quiz, now in my opinion filling any spaces here is a pointless exercise, as when you reach the bottom
of the page you will have to supply your name and email address to have the answers emailed to you.
This is a clever trick to get hold of your email address, and you can
find the reason for this below.
If you don't want to give your email address and click the let me in
link, you get sent to Terry Gibbs Auction Revolution sales page. Mmm!
The Auction Revolution affiliate page?

"You can either send people directly to the sales letter or to the eBay
Seller's Quiz. People who take the seller's quiz will also get a follow up email
series. The email series is designed to sell the Auction Revolution System and will
add to your sales. You should send prospects to the quiz unless you are writing a
long and persuasive review" |

Terry Gibbs Auction Revolution Affiliate
Page. (opens new browser
window)
Now at the end of this page, if you follow the link, you will end up on another sales
page asking if you want to add the eBay forum to your purchase, I opted to ad the forum and was sent to another
page that shows you what you are about to receive for free.
He then tries explain why his products are so cheap and that he is a
one of the good guys who keeps his product in reach of everybody. (Tries to fool you into believing the free
stuff is actually worth something)
At the bottom of this page you find out that the forum will cost you
$$ per month, I clicked the link at the bottom of this page and was sent to their payment processor
(Clickbank). When I scrolled to the bottom of the page, in the affiliate box was [affiliate=nalroo]
On Clickbank, Terry Gibbs Auction
Revolution has the vendor name as nalroo, and is paying the affiliate nalroo the commission? So this brings me to
the conclusion that the person behind Auction Revolution is operating the site
Salehoosucks.com.
Magnum Tip. "If you need any help with anything to do with eBay,
don't throw your money away, try the Ebay official community, it's free!"
The destination after clicking the free eBay quiz banner
I am still a little confused why he is paying himself the affiliate
commission?
More detective work needed here, I think.
I decided to find out what would happen if I was to follow an affiliate link
made at Clickbank for Auction Revolution.
The Salehoosucks Affiliate
Rantings

If you read what is said about affiliates of
SaleHoo on Salehoosucks it gets even more puzzling?
T G writes that affiliates of SaleHoo get a 75%
commission per sale, and this is why you see so many people promoting SaleHoo.
Terry Gibbs Pays 75% for sales of his Auction
Revolution (The product being sold under disguise as a quiz) and 50% for sales on his collectible's site to
affiliates.
75% is the going rate for affiliates and
SaleHoo gets promoted so much because it is a good legitimate product.
"Maybe this is why the site owner of salehoosucks
keeps this site up, he cannot get real affiliates to promote his product. Affiliates will only promote a product
with a good potential of selling, there is no point affiliates spending money on promoting bad products, because
people are not daft and will use the money back guarantee, which is bad news for the affiliate and gives them a bad
name. Just my thoughts"
He also says that "these affiliate just want the
money, and don't care about the truth" and "When you promote Salehoo, you are just taking advantage of
people"
On the Auction Revolution affiliates page he
tells his hopeful affiliates "You should send prospects to the quiz unless you are writing a long and persuasive
review" This sounds just like what he is accusing SaleHoo affiliates of. Also the quiz is a way to
get peoples email address so they can carry on "Persuading" people to buy their product. Is this not taking
advantage?
"I can truthfully say that SaleHoo do not ask their
affiliates to write long and persuasive reviews like TG would like you to believe. He seems to accuse SaleHoo of
unethical ways, when all the time it seems that TG is the one using unethical ways and does not care about the
truth and will do anything to sell his products"
The Salehoosucks Comments
Page

This page just about sums up Salehoosucks.com, the last post was
10/2006. It has 34 comments that don't make much sense, maybe lots of comments have been censored? Sorry,
deleted, which make the comments not link to one another.
Admin seemed to be run by a paranoid mad person who seems to think
that Simon Slade (Owner of SaleHoo) keeps writing comments. "I know its the real Simon Slade, I check all IP
addresses and these are from Simon Slade or his co-conspirator's" What a joke!
Maybe this mad admin person will rant that I am Simon Slade, or one of
his co-conspirator's for putting this site together? Sorry to disappoint, but the only links I have to
SaleHoo is as an affiliate, and yes, I've been a member of SaleHoo.
About two years ago I joined SaleHoo for research purposes, I also did
a test purchase of a pair of headphones. And when I had finished my research, I had no problems using the
money back guarantee to get my money back.
I have read a few reviews and comments on the so called "SaleHoo
Scam" and I see a few of comments saying that SaleHoo is a scam because when they try to get their money
refunded they get a couple of emails asking what the problem was and why they want a
refund.
Now I would worry if I did not get any correspondence from any
business that I requested a refund from, having a customer support dept is not a scam to keep your money,
this shows me that the business wants to find out what problems you are having, and how they can be fixed.
This is just how good businesses evolve and make themselves better.
Every 12 months when I try to cancel my Vodafone mobile contract,
I get around three follow up calls by their customer support dept asking what the problems are, by the third
call, all the problems will have been sorted, and I stay on a 12 month contract at a reduced
rate.
I do not start shouting Vodafone is a scam because they have a
customer support dept that wants to help me?
Summery

Salehoosucks.com will try to win your trust by giving you false
information about a successful wholesale and dropship sourcing directory called SaleHoo.
The person behind Salehoosucks seems a little annoyed that he was
told to take down a review of SaleHoo that he posted on his site "IWantColectibles.com" after receiving a
"threatening" letter from SaleHoo's solicitors. The "First Amendment" seems to be used a lot, and "The truth."
After Terry Gibbs was told to take down his review, salehoosucks.com appeared?
"I'm sorry, but if somebody tried to ruin my business by posting
lot's of lies about my business, I would get them stopped! If they were truthful and could prove it, then I would
not be able to have them stopped, simple really, nothing to do with the first amendment. If the writer of the
review on Terry Gibbs Collectible's site had wrote the truth it would still be there"!
Lot's of clever words make you think salehoosucks.com is fighting for
you and your rights, when in fact they are just peddling their own products, very sneaky.
If you are looking for a Legitimate Wholesale & Dropship Sourcing
Directory, do not let salehoosucks.com put you off, they use the fear of being ripped off to get you to their site
for one thing only, to get you to click the link at the bottom of the page for the eBay quiz, which is just a way
to get your email address so they can send you sales emails for Auction Revolution.
Would you have believed that the site
shouting "scam" is actually the site that is the "scam"?
With over 62,000 members and an eight week money back guarantee, how
can SaleHoo be a scam?
I just hope that you give SaleHoo a try, so you can make your own
mind up.
Please feel free to leave a comment on the comments page.
Respect & Success For You,
Magnum
PS. SaleHoo will not make you a millionaire overnight, but if you are
willing to put the time and energy into your business and use all the facilities that SaleHoo offer, it's a great
starting point.
